The Guide for Our International Patients

From the moment you first arrive in Izmir we will be with you until you return home, to make you feel safe and comfortable you will have our fully trained international team consisting of experienced advisors and interpreters to coordinate all your medical travel process, accommodation, leisure and other needs seamlessly and professionally. 

Before Your Travel…

• Do not wear contact lenses. Glasses are okay to wear.
• If you wear dentures or piercings, please leave them at the Hotel/or at home.
• Do not wear jewellery (including body jewellery) and do not bring valuables to the procedure.
• Bring some cash money with you in cases you cannot use your card.
• Don’t forget to bring an European plug converter with you
• You may shower and shampoo the morning of surgery.
• Do not wear makeup or use hair sprays/gels.
• No acrylic nails or nail polish (including gel/powder). No eyelash extensions or mascara (flammable).
• Wear loose fitting clothing (button down or zip up).
• Please bring comfortable loose clothes for your trip and do not forget to check the weather conditions in Izmir
