Mission Hospital - Overview

Mission Hospital, located in the center of Bangkok, the capital of Thailand is owned and operated by the Christian Medical Foundation of Seventh-Day Adventist in 1937. Mission Hospital is part of worldwide Adventist healthcare network of over 690 healthcares and medical centers. It is a multi-specialty hospital with over 120 highly experienced medical professionals providing medical services to both local and international patients over 30 medical specialties include Allergy & Immunology, Cosmetic surgery, Cardiology, Dental, Dermatology, Diagnostic & Therapeutic, ENT, Fertility, Gastrointestinal, Internal Medicine, MIS, Neurology, OB-GYN, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pediatric, Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy, Spine surgery, Urology and all other medical specialties. Mission Hospital has in-house pharmacy, imaging and laboratory department providing full range of services. International Patients may avail of several room types which include private rooms, VIP rooms and private suites. The hospital also provides insurance assistance for insured international patients in processing claims.

Accreditation

Mission Hospital is one of the first private hospitals in Thailand to receive the Hospital Accreditation (HA) carried out by the Institute of Hospital Quality Improvement and Accreditation. It was first accredited in 2001, and is re-accredited every few years.

International Patients Center

Mission Hospital provides medical services to over 15,000 international patients annually from over 60 countries, Including the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and New Zealand. The hospital has a dedicated International Customer Service center to provide services in appointment schedule, international insurance coordination, arrangement with travel plan, visa arrangement and transportation services. The staffs and doctors at Mission Hospital speak English and Thai, and there are interpreters for Arabic, Burmese, Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish, French, Cambodia, Philippine, Japanese and other languages.
